Tai is so good at showing he is not that good. But damn he is a genius

He is probably more than 100m but not 700m. His real estate portfolio is close to that but he has leverage and many other investors (not all his). His networth is max 300m but prob closer to 200m

Maisam Naqvi watch his videos and stuff he explains it all. The 600-700 million is his ownership of his real estate portfolio

Weird, I’ve been following him since he started on youtube and have seen most of his content (not all 30 minutes of all his videos though lol). He mentions those big numbers for his real estate portfolio value but have never heard him say that’s his equity value in the real estate.

      October 20, 2017 at 8:51 pm

If you find where he says the 700m is his equity portion, please link cause that’s quite surprising.

OK man —- nobody can deny Tai’s phenomenal success with exploiting social media. As a marketeer and self-promoter, he ranks in the genius class. I believe his main source of income is selling false hope to broke people (courses, seminars, mentoring). Once he (soon, as you claim) hits the $1 billion net worth mark, I am pretty sure he will not shy away from letting the world know about it. Good luck to him. Peace.

Zach Lopez do your research. Dude started as a financial planner and used the connections from his clients and got into the nightclub business.

LEGIT k it’s called the information business. Still cheaper than state college tuition. Why don’t you call Tai Lopez out and challenge him on it.

Ashfaq Sheikh how do you not know… he is obviously a marketer, social media marketer, owns marketing agency, investor, real estate investor, gives knowledge to other businesses.

And let him. If he doesn’t want to go into certain specifics, let him be. He understands that every bit of information holds its own value depending on what ears are listening.

    • Jason J.

      October 20, 2017 at 3:58 am

Don King So in your opinion anyone that charges for information is a scam artist? So you believe anyone that charges to give a talk is a scam artist as well? All information should be free?
You know…any business can go online and learn how to do their social media…should nobody charge for that service?

    • Anthony Bell

      October 20, 2017 at 12:27 pm

      Don King 700 million*

    • Anthony Bell

      October 20, 2017 at 12:28 pm

Jason J. I think people hate him because he doesn’t give enough info out. Which I think it’s kinds smart that he isn’t creating competition by not revealing much.

    • Don King

      October 20, 2017 at 8:45 pm

Isaac Knuuttila Well I’m a give the guy Tai Lopez a benefit of the doubt when he first came out it was before all these other people started give out free information to get rich on the internet. He was holding back too much info but I get it now dude has spent millions on advertisement so that is why he is at where he’s at today doing multiple businesses on the internet. I just seen a valuable video from him this morning. So he isn’t a scam artist but his service is not cheap.

    • Anthony Bell

      October 20, 2017 at 8:47 pm

Don King see I get that, but Grant has been doing this for a while too and he gives out tons of free info that’s very valuable and useful.

That’s a great idea Grant, old proven techniques that people have forgotten about basically, hybrid with new modern edge techniques…sweet!

  • John J.

    October 20, 2017 at 12:19 am

Every time Grant talks about what he does, Tai is trying to one up him.
Grant. “I only do 300 plus unit deals.”
    Tai. “I know Chris Paul”
    Really guy?

  • Antonio Flores.

Both are excellent businessmen. But I think Grant has more of a social conscience. I think Tai would be happy to make a profit at ALL costs…..

    • Swimming in the Dark

      October 20, 2017 at 6:14 am

Get Ahead ! I agree. I think hes pretty skeptical of him but open to what he might learn still since he hasn’t been able to grow his following with the same trajectory as Gary Vee for example. I think it irks him that he knows hes got more business sense than Tai but is way behind with the following (especially cus of his 10x “reach a billion people” goal).

  • Ratel 2

    October 20, 2017 at 1:52 pm

Grant is way smarter, Tai is doing exactly opposite what is trying to teach others. Look, Grant is listening for 80% of the time and let Tai speaking:) Just saying. Good, smart uncle G

    • Varun Kamal

      February 19, 2018 at 11:41 pm

Ratel 2 EXACTLY what I was thinking… Tai keeps saying… “Know who’s in the room”… Well GRANT CARDONE’s in the room…why isn’t Tai speaking half the time… And LISTENING half the time..? Does he feel Grant isn’t worth listening to? And Grant usually speaks a lot when he is surrounded by students… But here he s just sitting quiet, asking questions and learning… because he knows he s better than Tai at phone sales but Tai s better at social media…So now Grant Cardone walks away with what he knows plus he s picked Tai s brain.

  • Ces Ral

    October 20, 2017 at 2:18 pm

Grants the sales genius. Tai is the marketing genius. there’s a difference. Tai couldn’t sell ice to an individual Eskimo but he could market it to thousands of them

    • quantumrift11

      December 2, 2017 at 8:41 pm

Yes, I think that’s exactly why they spend a lot of time collaborating on videos now, Tai wants to have Grant’s experience and genius, Grant wants Tai’s genius. Their skills compliment each other and I do think that Tai has things Grant needs, and vice versa. Or they wouldn’t have much to do with each other. But you can also tell they’re genuine friends too imo

    • Varun Kamal

      February 19, 2018 at 11:49 pm

quantumrift11 dude…it’s so clear Grant can’t stand Tai! 😀 he tries to be polite… But doesn’t try very hard though 😀 😀 😀

OMG….. did I hear it right that uncle G is planning to add Tai Lopez to his G & E show? It seems that GC has gotten blinded by the illusion that Tai’s massive social media following will bring him extra business credibility and investors? — Tai has tons of haters and associating his RE projects with him will dilute the GC brand. If this goes through, Tai wins and GC loses.

    • Ashfaq Sheikh

      October 25, 2017 at 11:39 am

      Carlos Palma
I agree that Tai is a phenomenal marketeer. His claim of having a number of businesses going generating passive income is suspect as nobody seems to know what and where they are. Contrary to him, GaryVee and Grant Cardone actually run real and known businesses. Tai comes across as simply a glossy talker with an egregious habit of name dropping. GC and Tai teaming up amuses me because both are looking to exploit each other’s followers. But Tai may not be able to deliver the high net worth investors GC is looking for. Can’t hide my disappointment at GC because it seems Tai has totally seduced him. However, I wish good luck to both of them.
